AGC Unfair Labor Practice with NLRB against Building Trades for WSDOT 520 Montlake Project

On December 21, AGC of Washington filed an Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) charge against 17 local building and construction unions with the Region 19 National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Brian Lundgren is one of the lead attorneys from the firm representing AGC and will be joining us to give our members an up-to-the-minute report on where we are with this historic action.

Prevailing-wage legal injunction: AGC Et.al vs. State of Washington Et.al

On January 23, 2019, AGC of Washington filed suit to overturn recently enacted legislation (SB 5493 – 2017-18) that dramatically changes how prevailing wages are set in the state. Judd Lees, from AGC member firm Sebris Busto James, is representing AGC of Washington and will be sharing the latest developments in this case.
