Restoration: DOWSIL™ 123 silicone Seal, a preformed silicone extrusion, was used to repair the failed building weatherseals without having to remove the old caulking. This was followed by applying DOWSIL’s Allguard, one component, elastomeric silicone coating over the exterior walls.
