Restoration: DOWSIL™ 790 one-part, ultra-low modulus (high compression/extension recovery), silicone building sealant was used on all the pre-cast concrete wall joints followed by applying 2,000 gallons of DOWSIL’s AllGuard silicone elastomeric wall coating over the above-grade, exterior masonry substrates.
